No. Our Core Plan is a flat $129/month regardless of what your property rents for. Your rent increases stay in your pocket.

What if I already have a tenant?

We onboard existing tenancies seamlessly. We audit the lease, reconcile the deposit, and set up the system — one-time onboarding fee of $249 per unit.

How do maintenance approvals work?

We get your approval on any non-emergency work over $300. Emergency repairs are handled immediately and you're notified right away.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month only. We aim to earn your business every single month.
