Do the plans come with customer support?
Absolutely! While we try and take the load off your plate, our local team will be there to help every step of the way.
What if I already have a tenant?
We can manage existing relationships. We'd just need a copy of all lease documents and the tenants information. We'll take it from there.
How do you know what the rental rate should be?
For tenant placement properties, our team provides a comprehensive rental analysis. We look at comparable properties in the area and mix in other price affecting factors.
Am I locked in?
We believe that everyone should want to work together. All management agreements are month to month. You can cancel at any time. Tenant placements are paid when the lease is signed.
How does the showing process work?
When your property is ready, our team will come and take pictures and install our electronic lock. We'll list the properties and start collecting showing requests. We collect important information, including a copy of their ID and verify the applicant. Once approved, they get a temporary code and view the property at their convenience. We follow up and prompt them for property feedback and ask if they'd like to apply.
How long does it take to get a property on the market?
We can typically have the proeprty listed within 24-48 hours.
