What if I already have a tenant?
We seamlessly onboard existing tenancies. We'll need copies of current lease documents and tenant information, then we handle the transition with minimal disruption. Onboarding is $249 per unit and covers lease audits, deposit reconciliation, and system setup.
What makes your tenant placement effective?
We list quickly with professional marketing and have a robust, comprehensive, screening process. Standalone placement (no management) is $1,250.
